If you want to drink some wine this evening, I would recommend pairing it with something Italian. My favorite thing is to get some sangria plus a deluxe sixteen inch special pizza that it is loaded down with pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, sausage, green peppers, and red pepper flakes. Nothing beats a deep dish pizza with some good wine and friends to hang out and enjoy something special even a football game on TV. A good pick is a nicely hot calzone which can do the trick for sure to, and I like the meat calzone because they have lots of mozzarella cheese, with ham, salami, sausage, and pepper flakes. Nicely hot is the way to do it with any glass of wine.
