A great recipe which effectively reduces the strong fishy side and creates a light and fresh taste. You will be surprised since it is easy and yet so elegant. You can taste the wine just a little bit in each and every bit, but not too strong since it has cooked down to the nice level. We are doing more cooking with wine. It is fun to do and yummy.
